Milk is harmful to health. First, milk contains lactose, which is very difficult to digest and requires special enzymes that most people don’t have or have insufficient amounts of. Second, the milk protein casein is the hardest protein to digest. Third, cows are constantly stuffed with hormones and antibiotics. And all of this inevitably ends up in the milk. Fourth, most dairy products today contain palm oil. And finally, did you know why they used to give milk at hazardous production facilities? Milk removes heavy metals from the body and, along with them, everything it can – magnesium, calcium, zinc, and copper. Therefore, I don’t recommend consuming milk. Milk is a sorbent, and it’s not a healthy product.
