Healthy Heart: It’s About Self-Esteem, Not Sports.

Is there a sport that is beneficial for our cardiovascular system? No, there is no such sport because sport is a professional activity that has nothing to do with health. Few professional athletes are healthy. Most professional athletes fall apart. Often, by 15, 20, or 25 years old, a person is essentially disabled. Therefore, we are for a healthy lifestyle and for physical education. And if you think that daily walking somehow positively affects the heart, you’re also mistaken. A study of postmen showed that their cardiovascular systems are not very good. Therefore, it’s not so important what exactly you do or how many steps a day you take, as much as your self-esteem is important because the heart reacts to self-depreciation. Believe in yourself, praise yourself, maintain your self-esteem high, and you will have a healthy heart.
