Great Bites, Strong Teeth, And Healthy Gums

Our body is quite lazy. If we don’t move our hand, it will atrophy. If we don’t move our leg, it will atrophy. It will also atrophy if we stop using a part of our body. And if we don’t use our teeth and gums, they, too, can start to atrophy. That’s why I don’t recommend switching to liquid or mushy types of food. All people living or living in natural environments have great bites, strong teeth, and healthy gums. It’s been observed that they spend a lot of time chewing on something. That’s why I recommend, and follow this practice myself, that you should chew on something. Chew nuts, chew carrots. Chew, grind, and give your chewing system a workout so your muscles, teeth, and gums get the necessary exercise. And they will serve you longer.

You can learn more about which foods are beneficial not only for your teeth and gums but also for your digestive tract in my practical guide “Top 5 Healthy Gut Foods.”
