A Stroke Doesn’t Just Strike Out Of The Blue

A stroke doesn’t just strike out of the blue, and there’s no clear link between lifestyle and who it affects. Some people smoke, some drink, some eat healthily, while others don’t, and some are active while others are not. There’s no clear pattern. So what does that mean? It’s just the luck of the draw? That’s not true; nature doesn’t leave anything to chance. If you want to protect yourself from a stroke, you should know that there’s a specific reason that causes strokes, which is found in absolutely all cases. It’s the conflict of self-depreciation. It would help if you do not scold yourself, and it would be best if you praise yourself. If you don’t have fluctuations in self-esteem, then your blood vessels and muscles will be fine.

You can learn more about the different types of conflicts, their impact on health, and ways to resolve them in my short guide on real psychosomatics
